For those who have bought a Ciciero bag before 1 year, and wants to repair the bag, not because the fabric is not good, then please send us a picture of your bag to repair@cicierobags.com, and we will let you know if we can still repair it or not.

The way is to, email us at repair@cicierobags.com, Please say your name, address and a picture of the bag, so we can asses it first. If it is really damaged and we cannot repair it, we will send you a gift voucher to your email.
